Who Am I? (still figuring that out)
Top of the morning my dear coach, I’m Dermot Butterly, better known as the Celtic Coach. I help, guide and train coaches (just like you) create six figure coaching practices. Think of me as a professional baker with many years of experience helping coaches make more dough :)
Why Did I Create This Easy to Use Business Building Program?
Like most coaches, I tried doing all the usual things we are supposed to do. I built an expensive website, coached my family and friends for free, told everyone about the super duper benefits of coaching and of course never charged a dime (didn't feel worthy) for coaching. Rinse and repeat this formula for 3 years and the whole experience left me feeling deflated, frustrated and very confused. All I really wanted was to create paying clients, be the boss of my own time and do what I loved, which was helping people have a better life.
But, like teaching a fish to play an electric guitar, it wasn't working out. I would sit at home staring out the rain drenched window completely lost, confused and feeling very alone. I had no idea what I was doing (Google wasn't helping) and I had nobody to help or guide me. I had wasted so much time (and money) doing things that travelled the road to somewhere ending up in nowhere. It's kinda funny because I was a coach, but I couldn't even motivate myself to keep on going. I just wanted to forget the whole coaching thing and go back to working a job that would pay the bills, but I knew would not fill my heart. Does this sound familiar?
It's Common to Feel That Way:
Maybe you feel a little bit like that too? I've certainly felt the pain of things not working out. But what i've found (with a-lot of help from my coach Steve Chandler) is when I started to focus on finding people to help and serve with coaching, instead of trying to sell coaching to any person with a pulse, everything in my business (and life) changed for the better. These principles you will learn in this course. Life is much different now. I work 3 days a week. I am my own boss. I travel when I want and I can easily take my clients with me and I love truly have a career that I love. Life is good and it can be good for you too :)

Most new coaches (me too) start out with no coaching fee, no idea what to charge, low confidence and zero clue how to create clients. They also come from a place of selling, which doesn't work for heart-centered coaches like you and I. Serving clients with good coaching is the way to go. The key to this whole thing is to really focus on helping & serving people with good coaching, instead of trying to sell people something they may or may not need.
