Craziest Thing I’ve Ever Done:
Walked from Los Angeles to Washington D.C. — on foot, dressed as Mahatma Gandhi — to raise money for a school in India.
Yes, it was wild. Yes, it involved blisters. Yes, I’d do it again.

1. Business Skills

The Problem: Most coaches come out of coaching school with a dream (I did) to create a profitable coaching practice.

But the reality is they have absolutely no business building skills, no foundation and confidence lower than an ants apartment. 

Therefore, they never get their dreams (and practice) off the ground. 

Our Solution: We have a well laid out path/program for you to follow.  Business Building Mastery is divided into easy to follow Modules (1-6)

We want you to learn the skills slowly, practice them often & know them so well that clients are knocking down your door to hire you.

2. Coaching Skills

The Problem: In coaching school coaches are given the information (not the skills) on how to coach people. 

They do a little peer coaching, some coaching family & friends (for free) and maybe a few paying clients.

But they never develop their coaching skills any further than that. And clients don't pay for mediocre coaching. Would you?

Our Solution: In club fearless we have 3 Modules and a library devoted to coaching mastery. We also do live in class coaching demos with non coaches to take your coaching skills to the SuperCoach level. 

This is  game changer.  It's the fastest way, I know to develop your coaching skills quickly and easily. 

There's More: Coaches need to experience more live coaching demos, do more in class live coaching and get professional feedback on their coaching in order for them to coach at the pro level.  We've got you covered!

3. Massive Support

The Problem: You alone can do it but you can't do it alone.  Coaches come out of school and have zero support, no one to guide, train or coach them on how to create paying clients.

They feel lost, confused, overwhelmed and clueless and six months later, they quit. 

I went through this also.  Its very painful, but there is a better way to do this. 

Our Solution: Looking back on 15 years (and a lot of mistakes) business building, the one thing, I would have done differently, would have been to ask for help.
